Can I check phone numbers, links, and QR codes? Yes. Enter a phone number, paste a link, or use the QR camera scanner. Never open an unknown destination just to inspect it.

Does a low-risk result guarantee safety? No. Threat data can be incomplete or delayed. Verify important requests through an official channel.

What if a result looks wrong? Do not act on the result alone. Recheck the sender or organization independently. Signed-in users can privately report a result as scam or safe and appeal a moderator decision.

Does FraudReader save full messages? No. Local history stores only generic redaction markers. Community reports never store raw message or email bodies. Email access requires separate consent and can be revoked.

How do subscriptions work? Apple or Google handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Purchases stay unavailable until secure receipt verification is production-ready.

What should I do in an emergency? Contact the police, your bank, or the relevant official service directly. Never share passwords, one-time codes, BankID approvals, or payment details.
